What's with the name?
Karma is Dana's, the owner and founder of Karma Charms, English Mastiff. She is an utter sweetheart, and Dana was always getting comments on how charming she was. One day she replied to someone "Well all big dogs have extra charm." It stuck and that immortal phrase is our company's tagline.

Where is my order?
The estimated production time for our items is listed on the item page. The items then get shipped to us for inspection to make sure they're up to our high standards, then sent to you. If you need the item by a certain date, please let us know when you order it and we'll do everything in our power to make sure that it gets there in plenty of time.

Do you ship world wide?
Yes, we ship everywhere internationally.

Why doesn't my tracking number work?

When we ship items, an email automatically gets sent to you with a tracking number. The USPS updates their site once a day so please wait at least 24 hours before checking your item's status. US orders usually arrive within 3 days, International orders depend on their local postage systems and customs, and their tracking numbers only record from the time that the package leaves the US to the day of delivery.

What if I need my stuff early?
When you order, tell us what date you need it. Depending on how much quicker you need it there might be an additional charge.

Will you sell my *Insert Product here*?
We are always looking for new products. Drop us a line at info@karmacharms.com, tell us about your product and what you're looking for in a vendor, and we'll talk.

My friend sent some stuff to you to sell in your shop, where is it?
We often get approached by artists and designers to sell things at Karma Charms. We also approach people as well. Once we get a sample, we test it for at least a month, sometimes longer. We want to expose the items to every kind of real world environment there is and on occasion life doesn't cooperate. Once we feel we've given the item a thorough trial, we will contact the artist with our findings. If the product didn't live up to our expectations, we will list the reasons why. We don't do this to be mean, but many people are so close to their product they can't see ways to improve it. When we explain, we hope that they'll be interested in making these changes so we can try it out again in the future, and they can provide a better overall product for their customer.

I saw the collars you sell somewhere else. What's going on?
While we do have some items that are exclusives, as of this time Karma Charms only manufacturers a line of collars named Karma Collars and a line of treats, Karma Cookies. We openly say as much and many of our items are marked with the manufacturer's logo.

Do you offer wholesale?
At this time we offer wholesale discounts to International clients only.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
Right now, Karma Charms is an online only shop to help us keep our prices low for you. We do however attend trade shows and pet expos across the US, so look for us there!

Why don't you carry *Insert Product here*?
Sometimes it's because we've tried the item out and we weren't happy with the product, occasionally it's because we've never heard of it, and another reason is because sometimes during our research of a new product we've discovered something that just doesn't mesh with what Karma Charms is about.

Why only stuff for big dogs?
There are more than enough shops out there for little dogs. We can often get sizes to fit smaller dogs, so if you see something you are interested in, email us and we'll see what we can do. For more information about why we chose big dogs, check out our About Us page.

How do I submit a testimonial/have my dog on the site?
You can submit reviews right on the site! Just look for the product page and away you go! For pictures - please email them to info@karmacharms.com

What types of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and E-check via Paypal. (Orders will not be processed until the E-check clears, which can take up to 4 days)
